DOD and Federal Knowledge Management Symposium
June 2-4, 2020

The Defense Information Systems Agency will host the DOD and Federal Knowledge Management Symposium June 2-4 at the Baltimore Convention Center in Baltimore, Maryland.

Digital transformation is revolutionizing how employees share, discover, and access enterprise knowledge. Symposium participants will examine how to collect, transfer, and use an organization’s most valuable asset as instructional knowledge. Attendees will also learn the basics of knowledge management strategy, KM program development, knowledge transfer and retention, and explore knowledge management innovations.

DOD and Federal Government information and knowledge management professionals will join knowledge management (KM) subject matter experts and thought leaders from around the world.  They will provide briefings and presentations based on their experiences of assessing, adopting, and implementing KM best practices, fact based decision-making, new technologies, and improved KM practices.
