EEO COMPLAINTS

If you believe you have been discriminated against on the basis of race, color, religion, sex (to include sexual harassment and pregnancy discrimination), national origin, age, mental or physical disability, or genetic information, or if you believe you have been retaliated against for having raised concerns about one of those issues, please contact your command Office of Equal Employment (EO) or Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) office.

Matters of this nature do not generally fall under the purview of the Inspector General, as established grievance and EEO channels are available to pursue recourse. You may reach the Defense Information Systems Agency’s (DISA) EEO at (301) 225-6458 (DSN 301-375-6458) or online.

Additionally, the U.S. Merit System Protection Board (MSPB), which interprets the Federal Merit Systems Principles, is empowered to hear and decide complaints for corrective or disciplinary action when an agency is alleged to have committed a prohibited personnel practice. To view eligibility, procedures, and appeal filing procedures, please visit the MSPB e-Appeal site.
