HOTEL INFORMATION

A block of rooms has been reserved at the Gaylord Opryland Hotel and Convention Center — 2800 Opryland Drive, Nashville, TN 37214 — at a special conference rate.

Due to limited room availability at the Gaylord Opryland Hotel, a block of rooms has also been reserved at the Radisson Hotel Opryland — 2401 Music Valley Drive, Nashville, TN  37214 — which is a seven-minute walk from the Gaylord Opryland Hotel.  The Radisson Hotel Opryland is the official overflow hotel for the DISA Customer Partnership Conference. Please note that reservations for the Radisson must be made by phone. Please call (615) 883-2211 and reference the DISA Customer Partnership Conference.

GOVERNMENT AND MILITARY

Gaylord Opryland Hotel
Government and military travelers will be charged $148.75 per night, not including applicable state and local occupancy taxes, for hotel accommodations. 

Several nights of the conference have sold out at the Gaylord Opryland Hotel, so there is limited room availability at the special conference rate for government and military travelers. You may attempt to reserve a room by visiting the Gaylord Opryland Resort and Convention Center Web site. All reservations and arrangements are the responsibility of the attendee.

Radisson Hotel Opryland
Rooms are available at the Radisson Hotel Opryland.  Government and military travelers will be charged $119 per night, not including applicable state and local occupancy taxes, for hotel accommodations.  Travelers will be charged one night’s deposit upon making reservations.  Deposits are refundable for cancellations occurring 24 hours prior to arrival.

Tax Exemption
The state of Tennessee has set tax exemption eligibility guidelines for government and military travelers.  To see if you are eligible for tax exemption, review the Tennessee State Tax Exemption Guidelines.

If you are eligible for tax exemption, complete the Tennessee tax exemption form, and turn it in to the front desk at check-in.

Important notes regarding federal travel orders when staying at the Gaylord Opryland Hotel:
Department of Defense and federal government travelers must have the following statement added to their travel orders (DoD personnel DD1610): “Traveler is authorized reimbursement of lodging at the conference lodging allowance rate of up to $148.75 per night.”

INDUSTRY PARTNERS

Gaylord Opryland Hotel
Industry partners will be charged the special conference rate of $239 per night, not including applicable state and local occupancy taxes, for hotel accommodations.

Several nights of the conference have sold out at the Gaylord Opryland Hotel, so there is limited room availability at the special conference rate for industry partners. You may attempt to reserve a room by visiting the Gaylord Opryland Resort and Convention Center Web site. All reservations and arrangements are the responsibility of the attendee.

Radisson Hotel Opryland
Rooms are available at the Radisson Hotel Opryland.  Industry partners will be charged $119 per night, not including applicable state and local occupancy taxes, for hotel accommodations.  Travelers will be charged one night’s deposit upon making reservations.  Deposits are refundable for cancellations occurring 24 hours prior to arrival.

SERVICE FEE

The Gaylord Opryland Hotel charges every guest a daily service fee of $10 per day for the amenities offered.  The service fee includes:

• High-speed Internet access in guests’ rooms
• Access to the hotel's state-of-the-art fitness center
• Bottled water (two per room, per day)
• Daily newspaper
• Local and toll free 800-telephone calls (20 minutes per call)
• Local shuttle service (between Gaylord Opryland, the Radisson Hotel at Opryland, and Opry Mills mall)

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Gaylord Opryland Hotel
If you choose to cancel your reservations, you must do so 72 hours prior to your scheduled check-in date in order to receive a full refund. To cancel reservations at the Gaylord Opryland Hotel, please call (888) 777-6779.

Radisson Hotel Opryland
If you choose to cancel your reservations, you must do so 24 hours prior to your scheduled check-in date in order to receive a full refund. To cancel reservations at the Radisson Opryland Hotel, please call (615) 883-2211.

GETTING TO THE HOTEL FROM THE NASHVILLE INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT

The Nashville International Airport is approximately a 10-minute drive from the Gaylord Opryland Hotel and Convention Center and the Radisson Hotel Opryland. Transportation options to and from the airport are as follows:

SHUTTLE BUS SERVICE

The Gaylord Opryland Hotel offers daily round trip shuttle service to and from the Nashville International Airport between the hours of 5 a.m. and 11 p.m. DISA Conference attendees are eligible for a special discounted fare of $20 per person round-trip. To receive the special rate, you must use the "Purchase Shuttle Tickets" link below.

At the Nashville International Airport, you will find the Gaylord Opryland Welcome Desk on the lower level of the airport between the two escalators. An agent can assist with your travel needs and ticket purchase, or you can use the kiosk, which is located at the welcome desk. The hotel's shuttles are located immediately to the left as you exit the front door of the lower level of the airport.

TAXIS

Taxis are available to and from the airport. The cost is approximately $25 one-way, and $1 for each additional person

DRIVING DIRECTIONS AND PARKING

• Leave the airport complex and go west on Interstate 40
• Proceed to Exit 215 and take Briley Parkway - 155 North
• Exit the parkway at Exit 12
• Turn left off the exit ramp onto McGavock Pike
• Follow signs for your destination hotel

At the Gaylord Opryland Hotel, parking is $18 per day for self-parking and $25 per day for valet parking.

At the Radisson Opryland Hotel, self-parking is complimentary and valet parking is not available.
