The DISN Rates Management Council establishes the DISA Customer Forum (DCF) as a working level group to review and provide recommended solutions to rate issues, policy issues, resource issues, processes, business practices, operational issues resulting from rates/rate structures; and serves as the initial review group for subscription management.
This site provides information related to the efforts of the DCF. To access documentation related to the DCF, please access the Defense Knowledge Online (DKO) website at: https://www.us.army.mil/suite/page/544800. Some of the items contained within the DKO website include agendas, meeting minutes, current charter, current subscription list, presentations from DCF meetings, and other related information. This site and the DKO site will be updated as new information is available or as changes are made to existing information.
