E-COP provides increased availability to Global COP data to the warfighter and will increase situational awareness by simplifying user access to the COP. It also provides verified remote data/service management capability and processes to the warfighter while improving access to additional data sources through Geo Visualization Service (GVS). E-COP enhances technical operations and support infrastructure, improves rich client and web-based visualization, and provides a consistent look and feel for user access to COP data with enterprise visualization tools. E-COP also starts to update and evolve CONOPS/SOPs/TTPs for centralized (enterprise) COP management.

Charges to the end user will be on cost reimbursement basis with the costs being determined by the level of services provided.
