The conference fee will not be assessed on the credit card until April 20, 2012. Use the following statement of justification on your travel orders:

If you do not have a government-issued credit card, please see your travel officer to obtain more information on your organization's procedures for official travel. If you want to use your personal credit card for major travel expenses such as registration fees, airline bookings, and hotel reservations, you must obtain advance approval and a waiver from your travel officer.
