FOCUS AREA DESCRIPTION
In support of service operations, we develop and coordinate strategic governance, guidance, process management, and service strategy to:
- Enable strategic decisions that will achieve the mission, vision, and future specified outcomes.
- Create a collaborative and efficient environment to framework processes, disciplines, and governance that enables effective service operations, business processes, and knowledge frameworks.
- Address knowledge management across the enterprise and support information technology service management (ITSM).
- Document interrelationships among ITSM process owners to include roles, responsibilities, agreements, inputs, outputs, deliverables, and measures.
- Espouse ITSM best practices that leverage emerging operational concepts, capabilities, service innovation, and processes in an agile operational environment.
