FOCUS AREA DESCRIPTION
Space management, facilities management, and property management are critical elements to a successful move of the DISA Operations Directorate to Fort Meade, Md. in fiscal year 2011. In support of the DISA Base Realignment and Closure (BRAC) Transition Office, the Acquisition and Facilities Office will
- Ensure the transition of the workforce is completed as smoothly as possible without disruption of the mission.
- Define a process for identifying the NCR operations workforce requirements related to the transition and coordinate these requirements with other directorates and the DISA BRAC T ransition Office.
- Ensure the Operations Directorate workforce is informed of relocation developments to guarantee a seamless transition with transparency to the field units.
