MISSION

Manages DISA’s leadership training and development programs and courses.

FUNCTIONS

  • Plan, design, implement, assess and evaluate requirements-driven HRD programs and processes.
  • Incorporate leading edge HRD training and delivery methodologies.
  • Formulate and issue HRD policies to ensure centralized management.
  • Provide training consultation to customer organizations.
  • Provide HRD fact-based program feedback to DISA management and stakeholders.
