MISSION
Manages DISA’s leadership training and development programs and courses.
FUNCTIONS
- Plan, design, implement, assess and evaluate requirements-driven HRD programs and processes.
- Incorporate leading edge HRD training and delivery methodologies.
- Formulate and issue HRD policies to ensure centralized management.
- Provide training consultation to customer organizations.
- Provide HRD fact-based program feedback to DISA management and stakeholders.
