MISSION
The mission of the Working Capital Fund Division is to manage DISA Defense Working Capital Fund (DWCF) budgetary operations to support DISA goals and priorities.
FUNCTIONS

Obtain, allocate, monitor, realign and defend the Agency's DWCF resources.

Serve as the DISA point of contact on DWCF budgetary issues.

Develop and provide guidance on DWCF policy and procedures involving all phases of budget formulation, justification and execution; and lead all phases of these processes.

Provide and monitor DWCF budget controls to DISA activities through operating and capital fund authority allocations and reprogramming actions.

Conduct performance reviews that evaluate program outcomes against allocated funding.
