MISSION
The mission of the Accounting Compliance Division is to lead the Agency in achieving the President's Management Agenda goal of obtaining and sustaining clean audit opinions.
FUNCTIONS

Provide expertise in the areas of accounting, financial statement preparation, and financial statement audits.

Serve as the DISA Comptroller's technical expert on the Chief Financial Officers (CFO) Act, to include administering all aspects of the DISA Audit Committee, compiling financial statements, and planning and managing the audit of these statements by an external CPA firm.

Oversee DISA accounting and finance activities to ensure compliance with Federal and DoD regulations.

Partner with DISA organizations and the Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS) to improve business processes and document standard operating procedures for new or revised processes.
