MISSION
The mission of the General Fund Division (CFE1) is to obtain, allocate, monitor, realign, and defend appropriated funding for the Agency.
FUNCTIONS

Manages the appropriated funds budget process for DISA to maximize corporate financial resources to meet DISA priorities in supporting warfighter
information needs: budget formulation, congressional review, budget execution, and performance review.

Provides appropriated fiscal controls to all DISA activities.

Directs the Agency's annual program plan development and execution, and evaluates funding execution against program output and outcomes.

Serves as the Agency's point of contact for financial management processes, and provides guidance on all phases of the budget formulation and
execution, congressional review, and annual program plan performance.

Chairs Corporate Resource Manager Panel meetings.
